Help Me software is missing on my computer

Hello, I just loading up windows vista on my HP laptop but it would not let me get on the internet. After going into my device manager I found out that there is a yellow triangle by Coprocessor , ethernet controller, Network controller ,SM Bus controller, and unknown devices. How can I go on the internet to get the software needed if I can not get on the internet

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
