Lsas.blaster.keylogger virus

Hello,
Just used this great forum to get into task manager located the lsass exe but when I click on end task or controlalt delete a message shows saying it cannot do this execution too dangerous or something so how do I get rid?? been two hours so far, it's my managers computer so I have my own to work off and help him.

Hi there, thank you so much for your advice - have tried this but cannot even get into task manager and once
when I did - it said cant execute this option. tried all option and even downloaded patch but when trying to open it it just cuts off.
