Transcend usb flash drive asking to format

Hello,
My transcend 4 gb flash drive is aking to format. Before that I have copied files to it then after few days when I was trying to access this problem arise. I am having very important data to it. How to solve this problem.

Dear Sachin,

It is perhaps due to some corrupted files which is present in the flash drive. Try to explore it.

If you are unable to do anything, you will be obliged to format it.
