KEYBOARD NOT WORKING!

Help, please someone!!! my parents gave me their computer but half my keyboard is in french and i do not know what i press but all my symbols get messed up my question marks become é and my brackets become those hat things that are usually above the 6 but its really pissing me off halfway through a college essay my whole fricken keyboard is screwed up and i have to copy and paste every bracket and comma and period and god it takes a long time to finish 1 paragraph let alone 10 page essays... i need major help please someone

Dear Sir,

You should remove these assigned functions to your keyboard. If you are actually using MS Word 2007,

please get to the Insert tab, Symbols and click on More Symbols. Select one symbol at a time and

select shortcut key. Remove all the assigned functions then. This will solve the problem that you are

having. Thanks.
