How to reactivate freeze.

Hello,
2 months back i had activated freeze to my system. Now my there is a cross mark on my freeze icon showing that it is inactive. How to get back the lost one. Please help me and reply me to my mail.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.1
