Hello,
I am having trouble with my 4th generation Ipod Nano. It works perfectly fine when its plugged into the computer... but as soon as I unplugged it, it turns off. I've tried holding down the middle button and menu at the same time, but nothing happens. It wont turn on without being plugged in. Help!

Configuration: Windows Vista
Safari 531.9.1

Dear Sarah Marie,

There might be a battery problem with it and hence I will advise you to send it for repair.

Thanks.
