Hello,
MY HP LAPTOP WON'T OPERATE SYSTEM RESTORE AND SEEMS TO HAVE LOST MY SIGN ON MEMORY ALSO IT WON'T RECOGNISE ANY OF THE PROGRAMS OR INTERNET

I HAD LEFT THE ROOM AND THE POWER WAS DISCONNECTED BY ACCIDENT WHILST IT WAS INSTALLING WINDOWS VISTA UPDATES

PLEASE HELP

Please consider rebooting your OS in safe mode and restore it from there. This will definitely

solve the matter.
