Sound on speakers and on headphones too

Hello,

On y notebook since some days i didn't have any sound on my headphones at all, which worked before, and if i plug them in windows doesn't recognize them, just the microphone of my headset, but after palying around with my digital real tek settings i somehow maneged to get them to work, but now both are on at the same time, speakers and headphones.

When i make volume to the left speaker its just fro the computerspeakers if i do it to the right speaker then it is just on the right side of my headset.
Can anyone help me out here?
