Hello,
We have not used this computer in ages but need it as i'm returning to school. There are tons of unnecessary stuff on it from my wife's real estate work. I want to return it to factory settings but do not have a recovery disk. Is this possible? What do I need to do?

Configuration: Windows XP Home Edition

Hi there,

you can either purchase a recovery disk from manufacturer

or reinstall windows from scratch and reinstall drivers and

necessary software or if recovery partition is still there create your disk from

recovery manager

Thanks
