How to connect an O2 Pocket Pc to a wireless

Hello,
my Name is Goodhope, pls kindly give me detail on step by step method to connect my O2 Pocket Pc phone to access a wireless network when i am in a wireless network area so i can browse with my phone.
the version of the Pocket Pc is Windows Mobile 2003 second edition. version 4.21.1088(Build 15045.2.6.0). Model No: PM 10A, platform: pocketPC, CPU: intel(R)PXA 272.
