Keyboard re-program?

Hello, my L key and backspace no longer work, is there anyway I can re- program my keyboard to make those keys a different key like F9 or something that I do not use as often?

Configuration: Mac OS X
Safari 525.27.1

Hi there,

this cannot be done,

you need to change your keyboard

or add a usb keyboard
