Hello,
My 16 GB Transcend Pen Drive not working. The system not detecting the pen drive. So, I lost all my files and folders kept in the pen drive. Please let me know how to retrive my files and folders and to get it back functioning.

Dear Sir,

This might be resulting out of many things that might have damaged the pen. One of the reason might be not

disconnecting the pen properly. Please use another port to see whether it works. Yet if there is a virus inside, do

format it for it to perform normally. If still the problem is not fixed in either of the ways, it will imply that there

are files that have been corrupted and hence it will be wiser to get another one.

Hello,
I can tell you what I think might be your issue which is very common where your computer is assigning a drive letter that was already being used by your machine. The solution is to simply reassign a new drive letter to your flash drive that is not currently being used.
