Server copy speed is slow from other client

Hello,
the server of my office is slow when copying so how sould i do?
i did copy the files from the other client pc and files size are about 125MB...but slow to copy it..
plz advice me?

Configuration: Windows Server 2003
Firefox 3.5.3

Dear Sir,

This is a common problem that many people get but it can easily be fixed through one of the three following

methods. The first one will be an update over the vista performance of your PC. This will automatically fix the

problem. There's a MS official update that exists for this matter, it is known as the KB931770 Hotfix, just try it.

Still another solution would to turn off the RDC. Remove the selection of the RDC from the Turn Windows

Features on or off.
