Hi there,

if you recently installed windows

you must install the drivers for it to

perform correctly , check your modem/router first

if its functioning correctly ,

are there other pc connected to the same network?

try to renew your ip address in command mode

by typing ipconfig/release followed

by ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/renew

Thanks
