Hey guys,

I have this problem with my PC upon start up. If my PC has been off for a few hours and I start it up, it freezes within about 20-30secs of been on. Then If i restart it works perfect again until I turn it off and leave it off for a few hours.
I thought that if i re-installed window's this would fix the problem, but it hasn't it's still the same problem. My OS is XP by the way.

Any help on this at all would be grateful.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Dear Dean,

Could you please check in the task manager if there is no other unused applications working in the

background. Also please consider checking whether you are not having a too low virtual memory.

Please check whether there is a virus on the PC or if you need to update your RAM sticks.

Thanks in advance.
