Cd not reading

Hello,

Recently I'm facing problem when I used to write an empty cd. Whenever i insert an empty cd, its showing an error (incompatiable format). However, when checked that cd with other pc, it ready to write. Please help me out with this problem.

Dear Sir,

There should be a problem with the software that you are using to burn cds, please uninstall it and

reinstall it properly. This should fix up the problem that you are having.
