Unable to open or format Pen Drive

Hello,
I'm having problem as i stated on the title since i lent my 4GB Kingmax Pen Drive to my friend.

I've tried many ways to fix it ... I've gave up the data inside, i just want the Pen Drive to work again. Here whats happened to it ...

- When i try to open or explorer it, it shows :-

- then i try to format it by right clicking the drive, it shows :-

- What happen? I right click and open the properties of it and shows :-

** Notice that it's system format is in RAW and the capacity is '0'

- Then come to Hardware tab and double click it and populate it, it shows UNREADABLE :-

- OK, What else can i do? I go to disk management and try to format it, but this is what i can do :-

- Then i try to search on the web for solution and these are programs that recommended but can't help :-

- Is there any other way to fix this problem? Appreciate it~ and sorry for the images~
