Task manager disabled and restarts

Hello,

Please help! I got a trojan from inserting a flash drive. It disabled the task manager and the registry editor. So when I ope the task manager, a dialog box saying "task manger is disaled by your administrator" pops up. Then a few seconds the PC restarts. How could I sort out this problem without having to format my PC? Thanks!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
