In Xp log on problem

Hello,
hey! yesterday i was using internet suddenly my win Xp restart, after words it shows the welcome screen but when i tried to log on it restart again. it continuously restating like this tell me how to fix it.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.2

Dear Sir,

For this specific problem, the cause might be from defective or damaged hardware. I will ask you to kindly check

whether the CPU fan works when the system reboots. If it doesn't, please check whether the cable you are

using is not damaged and also it could be from the power supply unit in the CPU. You might have to change it.

Yet you should check beforehand if it is not a problem in the system itself. Try doing a repir on the sysytem by

logging into safe mode.
