is gta 4 will run on pc by this requirments -
* OS: Windows XP SP3
* Processor: intel pentium Dual Core E2140 cpu 1.60 GHz
* RAM: 2GB
* Hard Drive: 50 GB free hard disk space
* Video Card: Asus EN9400GT-DI-512M (LP) DirectX 10 compatible video card
* Drive: DVD-ROM dual-layer drive

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
