Problems with windows 7

Hello,
I just replaced my desktop with a new laptop that has Windows 7 and my Nano (3rd generation ) will not sync with the latest ITUNES I downloaded (64 bit). I keep getting a message from Windows to turn off compatibility mode in ITUNES before I open it, but cannot find anywhere to do this?

Configuration: Windows 7 Internet Explorer 8.0
