I need help.

Hello,
I have a walkman nwz-e435f and it's no longer being detected by my computer. I put in my disk and it's not being read. I'm not sure what I can do, so if you know something that will help me please help me.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Sir,

It should be that you have the proper driver missing from your computer. You will have it on the installation cd

that you obtained on purchase. If however you do have your driver, please update it in order for it to detect it.

Another easy solution is getting WMP 11 installed and hence you will be able to see the walkman files by the use

of Windows Explorer.
