i have configured XP to my computer.serial no is 915Gl please advice me how to install it for intel pentium4?

i have lost my motherboard CD.i have no experience to handdle this situation.further. i have install XP to my PC very recently. i couldnt find sound drivers for free relating to my PC .there please be kind enough to advice me how to do it. furthermore,I below mention all the information i Know.hope to heare you as soon as posible.

OS- WINDOWS XP
