Can not access Facebook on my laptop

Hello,
I have a laptop running Windows Vista and I can not access Facebook on it. My older computer will access it but not the laptop running Vista. I have tried the "s" in the URL and the new addresses, nothing seems to work. It is very frustrating.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
