Hello,
Hello,
I'm having difficulty with my M-audio firewire 410 device. Somehow I connected it properly. I connected the firewire between the m-audio and the computer. then I connect two audio cable out from the m-audio into the mixer, Mackie sr324vlz pro, line in balance or unbalance. My amplifier is connected to my mixer main out. and my two speakers are connected to my amplifier. I also have my keyboard, or in this case a synthesizer, midi in and out connected to my m-audio properly. I also have two audio cable connected out from my synthesizer into my mixer. Then I turned my keyboard and computer and everything on. When I play the keys on my keyboard, I was able to make sound come out to my speaker but when i play a song from my computer in window media player, it doesn't come out. The volume in the computer is set to max. Also in my computer, I open up my recording software SONAR 7 and open a new session to work on and try recording into the computer. It was a failure, the computer was unable to detect any MIDI data information coming out of my synthesizer. Then I try playing again from my window media player and i look at my In/out box icon in the right corner. It has no signal going in but it has signal going out. Then I check my M-audio firewire 410 output signal hoping that it'll flash but it doesn't. I turned the control knob for it all the way max but it doesn't make any signal. I try restarting everything, even reinstalling the program into my PC but the result doesn't change. I also had attempted to change the control panel in m-audio firewire 410 audio control panel in the computer. But when I try, all of the control function in there does not respond to how i changed it. Well it does but it reset itself back to its normal stat. Please help me make my synthesizer, m-audio, computer PC window XP, SONAR 7 software, and mixer work together. It's not functioning properly.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
