Hello,
today i bought a brand new Ipod nano 5th generation. When i connect it to my Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 it says:
An Ipod has been detected, but not indentefied properly. Please disconnect and reconnect your Ipod, then try again.
I did that several times,
I reinstalled Itunes 4 times
I downloaded Service Pack 3 for my windows
I talked to Apple from 8.00 a.m until 5.30 p.m, and they couldn't find an answer either.
So please, if somebody of you guys have an idea what i can try, please tell me!
I am soo upset about that whole system right now, but i really want to get my ipod going.
