X-Canvas TV and Samsung S2 USB

Hello,
I live in Korea and have bought an x-canvas TV with USB port. Now I have a Samsung S2 Portable device. The TV initialized the device before I could download recorded TV programs onto the USB. Now my Samsung computer will not recognize the device although it is listed in the uninstall hardware section - have tried everything

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.14

have you installed the correct version of the software?

and updates?

Yes, but obviously if it were possible to tape all movies and programs from the TV and download them onto the computer that that would be a violation of copyright - that may be why I can download material from the computer and see it on the TV but not vice-versa
