Hello,

I had problems with my laptop. First, I would not be able to boot it up through "starting windows normally" or through "previously working configuration." Afterwhich, I then have a problem logging in despite knowing consciously and typing the correct password. After several attempts of unsuccessful logins, I decided to reinstall Windows XP Professional. I have reinstalled it properly but the problem is it won't continue to setting up because my laptop reboots only on safe mode. I really need anyone's help very badly...

Thanks!

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.14

Dear Victoria,

I will advise you to log in in safe mode and restore your system.

This might set your system work properly again.

Thanks.
