Hello,
I have the same issue with both my iPhone and iPod. I have Vista on my laptop and neither my iPhone or iPod don't get recognized by iTunes. Ironically enough, I take my laptop to the Apple store and like magic the iTunes recognizes the little bastards (happened 3 times). I have tried everything that has been mentioned in the posts and no luck.

Anyone else have the same issue where it sychs when you go to the Apple Store?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir,

I will firstly advise you to uninstall iTunes and to reinstall it. If it doesn't work then also, please follow these

instructions. The best option will be to erase your iPod in order to get it function properly. Right click on your

iPod and format it by restoring it to device defaults. Then the problem will defintely be fixed. Nevertheless

consider updating the iTunes that you have to the latest version.

Thank you.
