Dear Sir,

This is an essential file and you will need to get it back. One alternative will be to repair Windows and hence you

will have to uninstall the actual system and then reinstall it. You can make back up copy of your files in order not

to lose any of your files. Also you may use a registry cleaner that will be really helpful to settle with the problem

that you are having. Below is a free download copy of a registry cleaner:

Abexo Free Registry Cleaner

Please downlaod it and have your problem fixed.

This will be the best method that you will be able to use.

Thanks.
