Uploading pictures to facebook

Hello,
I have not been able to upload pictures from piccassa3 or windows photo gallery to facebook. It comes back saying, there is an error with my image size. How do I change it?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Please convert it to jpeg format and see if it uploads. The format is what is restricting the upload.

Please convert it and have your problem solved.
