Beef Up My Computer For Gaming

Hello,
I need to know what would be the best agp vga card to have in my machine..
It is actuaklly an agp pro slot ,if anyone knows what that is..

My computer also has pcix slots not pcie..

Ye its is a server motherboard based workstation..ms-9121 Dual Xeon 3.06 ( not a dual core but two physical processors.)with 4 gigs of ram.Currently runn asus n6600 256 mb agp vga card..Not very happy with it.The card that is.

I'm kind of new to this type of set up.If any one out there has some info on how to mod or upgrade this machine to play today's games, I will be very thankful..
