Hello,
I install a new hp designjet powered it and according to the instruction guide i was suppose to see hp logo on the touch screen but never ,all i saw was a white light nothing displays .Later the white light on the touch screen also went off.
If the plotter is on ,i could see it from behind the main power source where the is three power led blinking, but nothing shows on the screen not even the function keys on the front panel respond.
can i get some help
