How to boot acces mobil boot

Hello,
I have acer aspayer one mobil computer but our operating sysystem is not start properly & same Mode
I tray repare operating systems but my computer is not boot from external DVD/CD room I adjust my boot systems start from external DVD/CD room but not start the CD room plese justfay your inforamtion and help me

set it to priority boot

in bios settings

save and exit then it will automatically boot from external drive
