I think no cause i have the same prob,when i always want to creat a domain it always with money,and it's not cheap!!!! at least make it with $1 dollar lol

I got it 90% done but still very complicated, I was advised to use win 2003 server and put xampp on it. then to put A records on dnserver native to win 2003. It did not worked either. Then found that at domain registerars panel you have to point name servers to IP, did it but it still not worked tried dyndns and it failed. I have droped and will never consider the idea to setup my own server. unless I found some really easy bit to do for non programmers like me. I am managing my domains with a registrar but server setup it not an easy task for me. It consumes too much of precious time. You can buy server space for shared hosting with Godaddy or blue host, ThePlanet is very expensive hosting and rackspace is for royal kings sell your kingdom and buy a server with them lol

Yes. You can create your own domain but you have to pay to get a domain. It is available as 1yr pack or 3 yrs pack like that. But you can avail the ip details at free of cost on http://www.ip-details.com/ip-search/. Many websites the domain name cost of price is available.

These people mean how can they host the own domains like hosting companys do someone must be getting free domains from somewhere other wise no one would pay
