Hp restore to factory

Hello,
hi! i've just bought a hp laptop with Vista on it but I changed to xp, now I want to restore my computer to factory settings but it doesn't let me do it. I can I uninstall xp? I've tried f11 but It doesn't give me anything!!! any suggestion? Please help!!!

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3
