Help my msn is being weird

Hello,
I have loads of emoticons and they dont show up on my screen but they show up on the persons screen who i am talking to why is this happening please help

Dear Sir,

The problem will be solved by getting in the Tools and selecting options. Then get in the Personal tab and check

"Show graphics(emoticons) in instant messages". This should solve the problem that you are having.
