Why can't i upload Adobe flash upgrade

Hello,
I just tried to get on to youtube & it says I need to upload adobe flash. Never had this problem before. Try to upload, but still won't let me???? The add-ons things bleeps, i try to disable but still nothing????

any ideas?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

It might be that the application has some troubles for functioning properly. I will hence advise you

to uninstall it completely and to download the latest version of Adoble Flash Player below for free:

Adobe Flash Player Free Download

Install it and have the matter solved.
