I can't get my memory card to work on my comp

Hello,
I can't get my memory card to work on my computer. Theres alot of people with the same problem but my problem keeps changeing. At first it read it and let me save files to it. now it wont read and when i tried to change the path of my driver as suggested. I found out that my driver doesn't even show up anymore. I even tried using the usb cord that came with the phone it won't work. Can somone pls help me.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5.3
