Need help factory reseting my Toshiba A85

Hello,

I traded my friend my desktop for his laptop.. Well here is the problem, on the Toshiba laptop he has viruses so many that I cant even get anti spyware.. It has a Trojan horse and many more. I cant get the program to load, even when I do it in safe mode. I need help please let me know.. I need this laptop to work and im about to throw it out the window...
