Hello,
I can Not Open any web pages eventhough I am connected to the internet. I have someone reset my computer, and finds nothing wrong with it. Geek Squad is telling me the computer has some kind of virus and that they can get rid of it if I pay a fee. Of course they are not sure this is the real problem. What should I do? Can it really be a virus affecting it.
