Sound card driver

Hello,
I just had my acer aspire one(zg5 model) netbook reformatted to windows xp from the linux os it came with. my problem is i now have no sound and if i go to device manager i don't even see the sound card in there. I have been looking for a driver but i want the right one and don't really even no if this is all i need to do. Any help would be great.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0
