Qwerty E71 pro china phone USB Help

Hello, i have the Qwerty E71 pro china phone but when i try and connect it to my pc via the provided usb cable, the phone does not appear on my computer.
can anybody help me please?

Dear Ace,

You will normally have to install the PC Suite for the phone. However there are no conceived PC Suite for

china phones. This is the problem that many china phones owners have in common. You can use it

as a USB Storage Mass Device only.
