Virtual memory low

Hey there anyone can help me with my problem ?

the fact is that I started having my pc progressively slow and my virus scan did not find anything.
My virtual memory is getting low several times. In addition several of my programs randomly shut themselves down without me doing anything.
Also curious as it can be my computer isnâ??t displaying certain graphics and fonts the right size any help please ?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Check you the space left on your hard drive make sure it has at least 25% free space
