Increase the speed of LAN Connection

Hello Sir/Mam,
Actually my pc shows Local area connection speed of 10Mbps. How to increase to speed of the local are connection speed to 100Mbps.

You will need to buy a 100Mbps network card and a 100Mbps router/switch.
