How to deploy Preferred DNS to the client

Hello,

We do not have a DHCP server . We are using static IPs . I want to deploy new proffered dns ip instead of the previous one to the clients from the windows 2003 server . Is there a script for the above . Also let me know we can deploy all the ip settings (IP, Subnet, D. Gateway ...) to the client using in script method or other method . Please Help me .

Configuration: Windows XP , WINDOWS 2003
