Ipodnano gen4

Hello,
I have tried the quick reastart that apple suggests and it does not work the ipod nano gen 4 is frozen in the on position. I am trying to restart the device or turn it off. Any advice

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear SIr,

There is a possibility that there is an essential file called ipodservice.exe which is not functioning properly and in

order for it to operate normally, you will have to restore it. This should solve the problem that you are having.

Please check whether the ipod is working through the Task Manager first. Then get fixing the problem the

updating the iPod Nano through its curent firmware. You will need to download the proper tool from the following

address in order to restore it:

http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/
