Dear Sir,

This is an easy problem to fix. You will have to reset the factory settings and

hence you will be able to enter the original code of your phone. You will

need the reset code for doing it. However due to lack of information in your post,

we are unable to give you the proper code. Please give the details of the phone that

you are using and also which password you have forgotten for giving you the right

solution.
