IM HAVING A PROBLEM OUT OF MY COMPUTER

Hello,
I HAVE AN WINDOW VISTA DESKTOP COMPUTER...AND FOR THE PAST WEEKS IVE BEEN EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS OUT OF MY TOWER...WHEN I PLUG UP MY MONITOR AND MY TOWER TO MY COMPUTER MY MONITOR STARTS UP AND THEN QUICKLY SHUTS DOWN TO SLEEP...AND MY TOWER MAKES THIS LOUD ANNOYING NOISE...I UNPLUG IT AND PLUG IT BACK SAME SITUATION...I WAIT FOR HOURS TO GO BY AND BY LUCK I TRY IT AND I GET TO LOG ON TO MY COMPUTER WITHOUT IT MAKING THAT NOISE...BUT AS AS I RESTART IT AGAIN...SAME SITUATION STARTS BACK AND IM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO....H.E.L.P
