Sims2 start problem

Hello,
when i install game sims2 then instalation is completed but when i open it and it appears "please insert correct disk".my dad saids "lokal yung disk mo".,but i dont believe,i tried on other disk,it plays normally............the question is,,,,ARE THERE ANY SOLUTION?

if its playing then what is the problem?
